Receptionist of the Hotel is very kind and professional. My room clean, and bed comfy, maybe just small as superior room, but for some days is fine.

Nice clean room with balcony.

Too much noise from the port and the road. During rain, water is coming inside the room throught the balcony's door (the cleaned it immediately when we informed reception)

The street is very noisy, as early as 6 in the morning the horns of the harbor ships and the commotion start:( Quite slow internet

Overall very pleasant stay.

Staff, comfortable bed, location.

Room was bit small but I knew that before. It smelled like mold outside the room because of the huge wall fountain in the hallway.

Good. Paid same price as next door which was higher level hotel. But was quite happy with it anyway

Was really near my other hotel which did not have any more vacancy just walked there. Not close...not far from center, just rigth. Little dark but there is securoty around entrance. The rooms are great. Comfy! AC is inwall but we have the control. Key card lock easy to carry) Showe is Humongus! Loved it. Nice shower head, hot water comes a little slow but fine. There is a mini fridge under the table but did not notice it until next day. No view but curtains are thick enough if need to sleep in.

Someone had posted a photo of next door hotel pool. So was disapointed when i found out there was none. The elevator was broken. fo 2 days. had 2 go 3 fligth of stairs everytime. No view from my room. Breakfast was deficient. Most of it you need to order to server, Takes a while. One had sausage but it's just hotdog wienners and when i ask for 3 the cook said no...only 2! But no issue for extra pancake ot other items.... I mean for the Hotel price...1 hotdog! being turned down by the cook? The rest of food is just ok , the fruits were not great. I wish they had oranges, There is a guy selling them outside the main gate for 300 shillings (15 cents) and they are amazing!

As I arrived from a cruise ship, the hotel's location within walking distance of the port was a plus. It was also relatively easy to walk to most Stone Town tourist sites. The staff was quite helpful.

The one elevator was a bit small.
